Consists of a seasonal and non-seasonal production.

In the tomato season products are made directly from fresh tomatoes. These items include Crushed Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Pizza Sauce, Pasta Sauce and Tomato Paste. These are all items common in the Food Service industry. The packaging formats for these items include 100 oz cans and 50 gallon bag in-a-box.

In the non-season re-formulated products are produced using the 50 gallon product and converted into premium pasta, pizza and salsa sauces. These are produced as Private Label products for the grocery industry and re-sellers. The packaging formats are 213 ml, 398 ml and 680 ml cans, as well as 375 ml, 430 ml, 500 ml, 700 ml, 750 ml and 950 ml bottles. The new flexible packaging line fills 100 oz pouches of these reformulated sauces for Food Service.

Crushed Tomatoes: Produced from fresh ripe tomatoes concentrated to 12 brix. The product contains small pieces of tomato skin and seeds. This product is very pulpy and coarse in texture.

Tomato Puree: Produced from fresh ripe tomatoes concentrated to 12 to 13 brix. The product is completely free of tomato skins and seeds. This product still has visible pulp but is smooth in texture.

Pizza and Pasta Sauce: Produced from fresh ripe tomatoes concentrated to various levels depending upon customer requirements. The product contains small pieces of tomato skin and seeds. Various ingredients are added to specific customer requiremtns such as spices, olive oil, canola oil, fresh basil, etc. This product is very pulpy and coarse in texture with visible spices.

Tomato Paste: Produced from fresh ripe tomatoes concentrated to 20 brix. The product is completely free of tomato skins and seeds. This product still has visible pulp but is smooth in texture.
